The Platform operates as (a) a directory of coin shows, numismatic conventions, and related events across the United States; (b) a facilitator connecting coin show attendees (“Sellers” or “Attendees”) with registered coin dealers (“Dealers”); and (c) a submission portal for coin show promoters (“Promoters”) to list events.

1.2 We Are Not a Party to Transactions

THE PLATFORM IS A NEUTRAL FACILITATOR AND INFORMATION DIRECTORY. WE ARE NOT A PARTY TO ANY TRANSACTION, AGREEMENT, OFFER, COUNTER-OFFER, APPRAISAL, PURCHASE, SALE, TRADE, OR EXCHANGE BETWEEN ANY USERS OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO TRANSACTIONS BETWEEN DEALERS AND SELLERS/ATTENDEES.

We do not buy, sell, appraise, authenticate, grade, or take possession of any coins, currency, bullion, collectibles, or other items (“Items”). We do not guarantee, endorse, or verify the accuracy of any offer, appraisal, or valuation provided by any Dealer through the Platform.

1.3 No Fiduciary Relationship

No fiduciary, agency, partnership, joint venture, employer-employee, or franchiser-franchisee relationship is created between us and any user of the Platform.

2. User Accounts and Registration

2.1 Account Types

The Platform supports three registration categories:

Dealers — Registered coin dealers who verify attendance at specific coin shows and may receive pre-show offer requests from Sellers.
Attendees/Sellers — Individuals who submit collection details, photographs, and offer requests to Dealers attending specific shows.
Promoters — Coin show organizers who submit event listings to the directory.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

You represent and warrant that all information you provide during registration and use of the Platform is truthful, accurate, current, and complete. You agree to update your information promptly if it changes.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2.4 Dealer Verification

Dealers who register on the Platform represent and warrant that they are legitimate, licensed (where applicable) coin dealers operating in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws. We may, but are not obligated to, verify dealer credentials. Registration on the Platform does not constitute endorsement, certification, or verification of any Dealer’s credentials, expertise, or trustworthiness.

3. Pre-Show Offer System

3.1 How It Works

The Platform allows Sellers to submit descriptions and photographs of their Items to Dealers who have verified attendance at a specific coin show. Dealers may, at their sole discretion, respond with preliminary offers, expressions of interest, or requests for additional information.

3.2 Preliminary Offers Are Non-Binding

ALL OFFERS, APPRAISALS, VALUATIONS, AND EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST COMMUNICATED THROUGH THE PLATFORM ARE PRELIMINARY AND NON-BINDING. No offer made through the Platform constitutes a binding contract, obligation to purchase, or guarantee of any price.

Final terms of any transaction are to be negotiated and agreed upon exclusively between the Seller and the Dealer, in person at the coin show or through other direct communication, and are subject to the Dealer’s in-person inspection and verification of the Items.

3.3 No Guarantee of Offers

We do not guarantee that any Seller will receive offers from any Dealer, or that any Dealer will respond to any submission. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, fairness, or competitiveness of any offer.

3.4 Item Descriptions and Photographs

Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all Item descriptions and photographs submitted through the Platform. Misrepresentation of Items may result in account termination and may expose the Seller to legal liability.

4. Limitation of Liability

4.1 No Liability for Transactions

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, INJURY, CLAIM, OR LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO ANY TRANSACTION, INTERACTION, COMMUNICATION, MEETING, OFFER, APPRAISAL, PURCHASE, SALE, TRADE, EXCHANGE, OR DISPUTE BETWEEN ANY USERS OF THE PLATFORM.

This includes, without limitation:

Financial losses from sales at prices below market value
Losses from fraud, misrepresentation, or theft by any user
Damage to or loss of Items before, during, or after any transaction
Personal injury occurring at any coin show or during any meeting
Disputes over grading, authenticity, or condition of Items
Failure of any party to honor commitments made through the Platform
Errors in Item descriptions, photographs, or valuations submitted by users

4.2 General Limitation

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE, OUR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE), EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

4.3 Aggregate Cap

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00 USD).

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Coin Show Near Me, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to:

Your use of or access to the Platform
Your violation of these Terms
Any transaction or interaction between you and another user of the Platform
Any Items you describe, photograph, list, buy, sell, trade, or exchange
Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
Any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Platform
Any claim that your use of the Platform infringed or violated the rights of a third party

This indemnification obligation survives termination of your account and these Terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT
WARRANTIES RELATING TO THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY CONTENT ON THE PLATFORM
WARRANTIES THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE
WARRANTIES RELATING TO THE QUALITY, LEGALITY, OR SAFETY OF ANY ITEMS LISTED OR DESCRIBED ON THE PLATFORM
WARRANTIES RELATING TO THE QUALIFICATIONS, IDENTITY, OR TRUSTWORTHINESS OF ANY USER

7. Event and Show Listings

7.1 Accuracy of Listings

Coin show dates, venues, and details listed on the Platform are compiled from publicly available sources and user submissions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any event listing. Dates and venues can change without notice. Always verify details with the official show organizer before traveling.

7.2 Promoter Submissions

Show Promoters are solely responsible for the accuracy of event information submitted through the Platform. We reserve the right to edit, reject, or remove any listing at our sole discretion.

7.3 No Endorsement

Listing a coin show or event on the Platform does not constitute endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with the show organizer.

8. User Content

8.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Platform, including text, photographs, descriptions, and other materials (“User Content”).

8.2 License Grant

By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, display, distribute, and create derivative works from your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.

8.3 Prohibited Content

You agree not to submit content that is:

False, misleading, or deceptive

9. Prohibited Uses

Disputes between users (Dealers, Sellers, Attendees, Promoters) are exclusively between those parties. We are not obligated to mediate, arbitrate, or resolve any dispute between users. We may, at our sole discretion, provide reasonable assistance, but have no obligation to do so.

10.2 Between You and Us

Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Orange County, California. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action lawsuit.

10.3 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property on the Platform (excluding User Content) is owned by or licensed to Coin Show Near Me and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
